Refund Policy

The Clay House Ceramics Return Policy:

At The Clay House Ceramics, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality ceramic products that meet their needs and expectations. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.

Please note that to be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

1. The return must be initiated within 14 days of receipt of the product.
2. The product must be in its original packaging and must not be damaged or altered in any way.
3. The customer must pay for the shipping costs associated with returning the product.

Please note that custom or personalized orders are not eligible for return or exchange.
